PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modification product expressing high catalytic activity.SOLUTION: The modification product is obtained by subjecting a mixture including the following (1) to (4) to any modification treatment selected from heating treatment, radiation irradiation treatment and discharge treatment: (1) a metal complex with a molecular weight of 300 or more including one or more metals selected from the group consisting of vanadium, chromium, manganese, iron, cobalt and nickel; (2) a heterocyclic compound with a molecular weight of 800 or lower including an imidazole skeleton; (3) a copper compound with a molecular weight of below 300; and (4) carbon. |
