PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film capable of suppressing deterioration of an antifouling property of a hard coat layer.SOLUTION: A hard coat film includes: a substrate; and a hard coat layer formed on the substrate and containing a heteromorphic silica microparticle, an acrylic polymer whose weight average molecular weight and acryl equivalent are within a predetermined range, and a matrix resin. A fluorine-based chemical compound is localized on a surface opposite to the substrate side of the hard coat layer.
