PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce external light reflection caused by a transmission type optical member to improve visibility.SOLUTION: A display device 1 comprises: a display 10 emitting display light L indicative of an image; an optical lens 20 receiving the display light L emitted from the display 10, and transmitting and emitting the received display light L therethrough; and an external light reflection reduction part 30 arranged between the optical lens 20 and a windshield 3. The external light reflection reduction part 30 is formed by stacking a linear polarization plate 31a and a λ/4 retardation plate 31b, and comprises: a circular polarization plate 31 arranged so that the linear polarization plate 31a faces toward the windshield 3; and a bandpass filter 32 arranged on a side of the circular polarization plate 31 close to the windshield 3, transmitting the display light L therethrough, and reflecting light in a wavelength region other than that of the display light L. |
