PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of heat transmission from a heat pipe to a heat sink or a housing that is a forced cooling object.SOLUTION: A heat module 100 includes a fan 1 and a heat pipe 5. The fan includes an impeller 4, a motor 2 and a housing. The housing includes: an exhaust port 36; a heat sink 34; a side wall part 33; and a contact part 37 with which the heat pipe thermally contacts. The housing is positioned in an area enclosed by the exhaust port and the side wall part in a plan view. At least a part of the contact part is made of a metal. The contact part extends along an arrangement direction of multiple fins and overlaps with the heat sink in the plan view. The heat module includes a heat diffusive member 7 which thermally contacts with the heat pipe and an area of the housing which excludes the contact part. |
