A wood furniture is provided to assemble engaging portions which are injection-molded with synthetic resins at a surface of a wood panel to each other. The wood furniture is formed by engaging wood panels(24,26,28,30) to each other. The wood furniture includes an engaging portion(34) injection-molded on at least one surface of wood panels with synthetic resins, an engaging groove, or an engaging boss(40) formed on the engaging portion. The engaging portions are engaged to each other. The wood furniture includes a box shaped body(20) having an opened front surface, a drawer(22) mounted on the front portion of the body, and a guide rail(48) installed on both sides of the body.
