A water soluble shell or binder is used to encapsulate nutrients, flavoring, other food grade ingredients or combinations thereof together as a single serving or unit. The unit or single serving may be distributed to people to provide nutrition to people in mass casualty situations. In this manner, more nutrients may be delivered since water which has a significant amount of weight and volume need not be transported to the people. Moreover, in normal situations, the water soluble shell or binder dissolves sufficiently quick so that the user can quickly consume nutrients.

1. A quick dissolvable container with an ingestible formulation contained therein wherein the container is disposable into a disposable water bottle having an opening narrower than a body of the container, the container comprising:
an ingestible nutrient provided as a powder; an ingestible cellulose film configured as a pouch, the film being water dissolvable and flexible with the powdered ingestible nutrient in a form of the powder disposed in the pouch for convenient insertion of the ingestible nutrient into the opening of the disposable water bottle and mixing of the powdered ingestible nutrient in water, the pouch having a width sufficiently narrow for insertion of the pouch into an opening of the disposable water bottle, the pouch being about 6 inches in length; wherein the ingestible water dissolvable cellulose film is sufficiently dissolvable in water under one (1) minute thereby releasing the powdered ingestible nutrient in the water for providing a heterogeneous mixture of water and the powdered ingestible nutrient; wherein the ingestible cellulose film is entirely dissolvable and all contents within the pouch is ingestible so that a user ingests the water and an entirety of the container with the ingestible formulation.
