Disclosed is an automatic shaft transfer device. The automatic shaft transfer device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a rail installed on the upper side of a stern in the transfer direction of a propeller shaft; a trolley driving along the rail; a lifting part installed on the lower part of the trolley to lift the propeller shaft in a hydraulic method; a hydraulic motor for driving the trolley in a hydraulic method; a hydraulic pump for selectively supplying or discharging working oil to and from the lifting part and the hydraulic motor; and a control part for controlling the lifting of the propeller shaft and the driving of the trolley by operating at least one among the lifting part, the hydraulic motor and the hydraulic pump according to a user command.
