The present invention relates to an apartment management service system for residents. More specifically, the system comprises: a resident managing module which stores resident information of an apartment and registers residents as members; a posting module which receives notices and transfer targets of the notices from a manager device, classifies the notices in accordance with the transfer targets, and posts the notices on a notice board; and a notice board operating module which provides, through an application program (hereinafter, referred to as ′app′), at least one notice function selected from a group consisting of reading of the posted notice, replies to the notice, and recommendation and sharing of the notice, to a resident device of a resident wherein information of the resident matches the transfer target, and wherein the app for the resident is installed in the resident device. According to the apartment management service system for residents proposed in the present invention, apartment notices are provided by using the app for residents installed in the resident devices, and the residents can conveniently confirm the apartment notices irrespective of time and place. It is possible to efficiently provide the notices to the apartment residents not by excluding residents through substituting announcements or a paper notice board. In addition, according to the present invention, a resident vote is taked by using the App for residents, and the vote result is transmitted to a manager device or a resident device, thus, the residents can conveniently participate in the resident vote irrespective of date or time of the resident vote, and can effectively exercise the rights of residents. |
