FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: pneumatic separator contains a pneumatic separating channel with transverse window for input of the separated material, in it of shaft a feeder is installed, the feeder is made in form of corrugated roll with cells on the external cylindrical surface, with inclined surface chamber made at side of the wall opposite to the feeder, and located by curvilinear top wall at the feeder level. The inclined plane of the chamber is made in form of guiding louvered grille, in bottom part it ends with the horizontal area located below the feeder level at distance not below depth h of the pneumatic separating channel. Under the louvered grille the throughput chamber of clean air is installed with installed in it air flow regulator.EFFECT: increased cleaning quality of corn material, and reduced losses of full-value corns to wastes with light impurities.1 dwg |
