PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition containing irbesartan and amlodipine or a salt thereof.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition contains irbesartan, amlodipine or a salt thereof, and polyvinyl alcohol. The composition is a pharmaceutical composition further containing an excipient, a disintegrator and a lubricant. The composition may be further film-coated.
