PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase redundancy with a simple configuration in a rotary electric machine control device.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device 10 includes: an EPS unit 20: and a drive unit 30 having a DCDC converter 36. Then, the abnormality of the EPS unit 20 is detected by an EPSMPU 51 and a logic IC 55. When the abnormality of the EPS unit 20 is detected, a power supply open relay 65a is turned off by the EPSMPU 51, and the supply of drive power via a battery 21 for EPS to an EPS motor 23 is blocked. Also, when the abnormality of the EPS unit 20 is detected, the power supply voltage of the battery 31 for drive is dropped to an equivalent for the power supply voltage of the battery 21 for EPS by a drive MPU 53. Also, when the abnormality of the EPS unit 20 is detected, phase open relays 75u and 75v are turned off, and changeover relays 84u, 84v and 84w are turned on by the drive MPU 53, and the drive power from a drive inverter 54 to the EPS motor 23 can be supplied. |
