PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve waterproof performance and surface quality of an antenna device at the same time.SOLUTION: There are provided: a base member (1) which has a first surface (1a) to be an attachment surface to an object and a second surface (1b) to be its rear surface and in which on the second surface, an antenna housing recess (1c) is formed; an antenna member (2) which has a formation surface (2a) of an antenna pattern and a non-formation surface (2b) of an antenna pattern to be its rear surface and is housed in the antenna housing recess (1c) so that the formation surface (2a) of the antenna pattern faces a bottom surface (1h) of the antenna housing recess and a non-formation surface (2b) of the antenna pattern are almost flush with the second surface (1b); and a resin sealing member (3) which covers the non-formation surface (2b) of the antenna pattern and seals the antenna housing recess (1c).
