PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneading device for an electrode mixture, capable of suppressing an adverse effect on a solid content of an electrode mixture due to the opening of a tank, and a method for manufacturing an electrode mixture.SOLUTION: A kneading device 10 includes: a tank sealing and receiving a raw material 30; a kneader 12 kneading the raw material 30 received in the tank; an internal concentration meter 26 measuring humidity at the inside of the tank; and an external concentration meter 28 measuring humidity at the outside of the tank. The kneading device 10 also includes: a steam supply device 29 supplying steam at the outside of the tank; and a control device 27 signal-connected to the internal concentration meter 26, the external concentration meter 28, and the steam supply device 29, and controlling the drive of the steam supply device 29 on the basis of measured values obtained by the internal concentration meter 26 and the external concentration meter 28. |
