After mounting the rotary member 20 on a bearing part 12 of a support member 10 in a shaft direction, the same is turned in a &bgr; direction to hook a slide reel 24 to hooking planes 14a,14b and 14c of anti-fall off parts 13a,13b and 13c. At this time, the elastic arms 3b and 3c enter a regulation space formed in the bearing part 12. Subsequently, the rotary member 20 and operation member 2 are rotated so as to be returned to a neutral position (N) by the return spring 3. |
