PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that energy-saving is not taken into consideration in a conventional operation management system.SOLUTION: In an embodiment of the present invention, an operation management system for managing an operation of a plurality of vehicles, for example, includes: a recording device for recording a program; a central processing unit for executing the program recorded in the recording device; a memory used for the execution of the program by the central processing unit; and a transmission and reception device for transmitting and receiving information to and from the outside. The central processing unit changes a departure time of the vehicle using vehicle ID information for identifying the vehicle received by the transmission and reception device, information on a passage time of the vehicle received by the transmission and reception device, and diagram information received by the transmission and reception device or recorded in the recording device. |
