METHOD FOR SUPPORTING DESIGN REQUEST OF DAM OR THE LIKE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supporting a design request of a dam or the like for supporting efficient design request by making a user input design conditions of a design result of the dam on a WEB page, displaying a reference material to perform the design conditions by exact input.

SOLUTION: A design support server has steps of: making the user select a kind of the dam whose design is requested; displaying an input frame having input columns in which the design conditions necessary and sufficient for the design result concerning the selected dam can be input; displaying the reference material for supporting input of an exact value in the prescribed input column in a guide frame to prompt the exact input when a prescribed input column of the input frame is specified in order to input the design conditions; performing warning display of a numeric value input in the input column of the input frame on an output screen when the numeric value is out of an appropriate range; completing the input of the design conditions by displaying input omission on the output screen when there is the input omission in the input column of the input frame and disclosing progress of all of the above on the WEB page.
