<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of a control panel in speech input in an image forming apparatus whose operation is instructed by utilizing speech. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus is equipped with: a speech input means for inputting an aural signal; a speech recognition means for recognizing the aural signal; a correlating means for correlating a key word to the respective functions of the control panel; and a display means for displaying the respective functions of the control panel related to the key word when the key word related thereto by the correlating means is recognized by the speech recognition means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
