There is provided antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof with binding specificity for ICAM-1, together with further anti-cancer agents, and compositions thereof, for use in the treatment of cancer.

A composition comprising (i) an antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof with binding specificity for ICAM-1, or a variant, fusion or derivative of said antibody or an antigen-binding fragment, or a fusion of a said variant or derivative thereof, with binding specificity for ICAM-1; (ii) a further anticancer agent and (iii) a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, diluent or carrier.
