A non-speed regulating disc type magnetic coupling structure, comprising an outer rotor and an inner rotor; all inductive discs (1, 5) are connected together via limiting bolts to form the outer rotor; all magnetic-patch fixation discs (2, 4) are connected serially on a central transmission shaft (10) to form the inner rotor; the inner rotor and the outer rotor are positioned via a bearing to maintain parallelism between the magnetic-patch fixation discs (2, 4) and the inductive discs (1, 5); a magnetic field coupling gap between the magnetic-patch fixation discs (2, 4) and the inductive discs (1, 5) is at a fixed value to form a normal non-speed regulating disc magnetic coupling structure, or the magnetic-patch fixation discs (2, 4) slide along the central transmission shaft (10) in a certain range to form a limiting rectangle non-speed regulating disc magnetic coupling structure, or a brake wheel is added to form a structure with the brake wheel. The magnetic coupling structure can work properly when a prime mover or a loading device generates relatively large axial movement. |
