PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device capable of appropriately calculating even a progress rate of an upper design process.SOLUTION: A management device comprises: a man-hour/result information storage unit storing required man-hour/result information 152 in which each status of a plurality of statuses, switch-time result man-hour until switchover to each status out of the statuses, and a total result man-hour until completion of a design process are made to correspond to one another; a result registration unit 120 storing a design process identifier and a current status so that the design process identifier corresponds to the current status; and a progress rate calculation unit 130 searching the required man-hour/result information 152 on the basis of the current status, extracting the switch-time required man-hour and the total required man-hour corresponding to the current status, and calculating a progress rate of the design process on the basis of the extracted switch-time required man-hour and the extracted total required man-hour. |
