PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel for an instrument capable of performing display with improved stereoscopic effect in both of lighting-on and lighting-off for transmission illumination.SOLUTION: A display panel 10 for an instrument displays a design by transmitting light from a light source 6 or reflecting external light and includes a transparent substrate 10a, a projection 10b which is provided in the position facing the light source 6, of the surface of the substrate 10a and represents the design, a coloring layer 10c which is formed on the projection 10b and has translucency, and a light-shielding part 10e which has an opening 10d surrounding the periphery of the projection 10b along the outer shape of the projection 10b in a plan view and shields the light from the light source 6. |
