forming a sacrificial layer on a substrate; forming a conductive layer on the sacrificial layer; forming a photo pattern to expose a part of the conductive layer by utilizing a photoresist on the conductive layer; etching the exposed part of the conductive layer by utilizing the photo pattern as a mask; removing the photo pattern; and forming a cavity by removing the sacrificial layer. |
