摘要 PURPOSE:To perform proper operation of a dredger and uniform dredging work even by unskilled operator by using a system in which operation conditions, the amount of loaded sludge and the shape of drag arm are detected, and the calculated results are displayed so that operator can visually know the operation conditions of dredger. CONSTITUTION:An operation condition detection group 1, a loaded sludge amount detection group 2, and a drag arm shape detection group 3 are connected through an interface 4 to a centralized arithmetic processor 5, and the calculated results of operation condition, loaded sludge amount and drag arm shape are displayed on displayers 6, 7 and 8. By the operation condition detection group 1, water depth, ship speed, sludge specific gravity, the rotation number of pump, the flow rate of sludge, the output of pump, the amount of sludge dredged, etc., are detected, and by the loaded sludge amount detection group 2, the drafts of the bow, center and stern of dredger are measured. By the drag arm shape detection group 3, the heights of trunnion, intermediate joint, drag head and swell cone are detected.
