FIELD: the invention is used for nondestructive ultrasound control of rolled steel. ^ SUBSTANCE: the electromagnetic-acoustic converter has a body, a backing, a cover, a plug and socket unit, a concentrator, an induction coil and a magnetic system out of constant magnets. At that the magnetic system of the electromagnetic-acoustic converter is fulfilled in the shape of a solenoid with a core-concentrator of magnetic flow, the concentrator has a main part fulfilled out of solid ferromagnetic material or in the shape of a constant magnet, and the other part from the side of the induction coil is made out of pressed ferromagnetic powder in the shape of a separate detail and is fixed on the main part of the concentrator or on the backing. ^ EFFECT: creation of an electromagnetic-acoustic converter with high sensitivity, reliability and more progressive manufacturability. ^ 2 dwg |
