The present invention provides a new structure thermostat heater and a method for producing the same. Responsibility is improved to reduce time spent in increasing heating temperature of a heater to target temperature, so temperature of cool water can be more effectively controlled. A simple structure is ensured, and workability and productivity are improved during production and assembling. Durability and product reliability can be improved. To this end, the present invention provides an electronic thermostat heater and a method for producing the same, wherein the electronic thermostat heater comprises: a hollow structure tube having an open one side and the closed other side; a first lead line having one end part exposed to the outside of the tube, having the other end part disposed in an inner side of the tube, and having electric power applied from the outside through one end part exposed to the outside of the tube; a second lead line having one end part exposed to the outside of the tube, having the other end part disposed in the tube, and formed to be separated from the first lead line; a heating unit for electrically connecting the first lead line and the second lead line, and heating by electric resistance; an insulating material filled in a space in the tube; and a packing made of an insulating material, formed in an entrance of the tube, and serving as a support for supporting the first lead line and the second lead line maintained while being separated from each other. |
