FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to sports medicine, rehabilitation, physical culture, methods of trainings and include method and system for providing subject with training programme, which includes, at least, first and second exercises. Method includes stages of obtaining actual values of parameters of exercise performance, connected with performed movements, and assessment of actual levels of performance of exercises by subject on the basis of, at least part of obtained actual values and target values. At least, part of second target values of second set of parameters of exercise performance, connected with performed movements of second exercise, is correlated on the basis of actual level of performance by subject of first exercise. Sets of parameters of exercise performance are connected with performed movements of training programme and include, at least, one of the following parameters: movement amplitude, rate of movement, evenness and stability of trunk. System contains sensor device, made with possibility of obtaining actual values of set of parameters of exercise performance, connected with performed exercise movements, analyser with possibility of assessing actual level of performance of exercise by subject on the basis of, at least, part of obtained actual values and target values; and controller with possibility of correction on the basis of actual level of performance by subject of first exercise, at least, part of target values of second set of parameters of exercise performance, connected with performed movements of second exercise, which subject has to provide after first exercise.EFFECT: group of inventions provides the most suitable programme of individual training, rehabilitation with possibility of control and, if necessary, correction of programme in the process of its implementation, with preservation of patient's motivation, including home conditions.11 cl, 5 dwg, 1 tbl |
