PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo handling management system which primarily and efficiently performs the delivery business to a large building.SOLUTION: A cargo handling management system includes: a facility use information storage part 21 for managing use information of a parking space and an elevator for delivery; an entry/exit information storage part 20; an entry information registration processing part 22 for previously receiving entry information from an information inputter terminal 3 so that it is stored in the entry/exit information storage part; and an entry/exit information transmission processing part 25 for referring to the entry/exit information storage part on the basis of information on a code received from an entrance installation terminal or a management center terminal and read by the entrance installation terminal or the management center terminal, and transmitting the entry/exit information corresponding to the code to the entrance installation terminal or the management center terminal. The entry information registration processing part updates the information on the parking space and/or the elevator for delivery in the facility use information storage part, on the basis of the information on the parking space and/or the elevator for delivery used in the use application in the entry information .
