PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of being incapable of satisfying when too many predetermined schedules exist regarding staff scheduling and in that case, needing to acquire a solution again by alleviating certain restrictions and becoming a great burden for a roster creator.SOLUTION: A program for having a computer function is characterized by including: a means 53 for inputting a hard restriction or a soft restriction for a plurality of scheduling restrictions including each schedule for each staff which are planned, a means 54 for setting priority levels for each soft restriction; a means 55 for setting or updating allowable soft error number for every priority level and a means 56 for counting soft error number total sum; a means 57 for determining satisfaction regarding for the scheduling restriction; a means 58 for demonstrating an error spot regarding the planned scheduling restriction. |
