PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact impedance matching circuit which can reflect a signal of a harmonic frequency, and to provide a compact high frequency amplifier which can suppress the leakage of a harmonic frequency signal to the outside.SOLUTION: A capacitor part is configured by a first electrode 1, a dielectric layer 2 and a second electrode 3. A first transmission line 4 is connected to the first electrode 1. To the second electrode 3, a second transmission line 5 is connected in a manner to three-dimensionally intersect with the first transmission line 4. The first transmission line 4 and the second transmission line 5 are electrically connected by the third transmission line 6 through the capacitor part. An impedance matching circuit 100 functions as a reflection circuit to a harmonic frequency signal. Miniaturization can be obtained by making unnecessary an open stub having an electric length of a 1/4 wavelength of a harmonic frequency. |
