PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more specifically detect the connection state of a substrate and a flexible substrate.SOLUTION: A substrate unit comprises: a first substrate, a second substrate, an adhesion layer in which conductive particles and an adhesive are mixed; and an inspection pattern. The inspection pattern includes a plurality of rod electrodes on which one of a first inspection electrode and a second inspection electrode is disposed while being extended in a first direction and a connection electrode for connecting the rod electrode and the adjacent rod electrode. The first inspection electrode and the second inspection electrode are electrically connected at a first portion including at least one of the rod electrodes. The first electrode and the second electrode are electrically connected at a second portion, different from the first portion, including at least one of the rod electrodes. The first portion and the second portion are disposed at a position where they do not overlap with each other in the first direction. |
