PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide layering particles in which bitterness of ibuprofen and incompatibility with other components are suppressed, and dissolution properties of ibuprofen are improved, in layering particles containing ibuprofen and a component which causes incompatibility with ibuprofen.SOLUTION: Layering particles in which quick dissolution properties of ibuprofen are ensured without impairing storage stability and ingestibility can be obtained by coating water-soluble nuclear particles with a layer (internal layer) containing ibuprofen and a swollen type disintegrator, and further coating the internal layer with a layer (outer layer) containing a disintegrator. |
