a) a component A comprising an onion homogenate treated with a carbohydrase and a protease and partially dehydrated, and comprising between 75 and 95% by wet weight of insoluble fiber, and b) a component B comprising between 60 and 80% by wet weight of soluble fiber, wherein the total fiber represents between 70 and 90% by weight of the total composition, and wherein said total fiber comprises between 60 and 80% by weight of insoluble fiber and between 20% and 40% by weight of soluble fiber. |
