FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: claimed process comprises engaging of the shaped ply at the spinning cylindrical mandrel with hooking roller and disengaging therefrom by the intake roller. Cords are applied and secured to the shaped ply with preset spacing between the cords. The cord can be secured by fusion of the shaped ply surface with the help of heated scraper and/or heated cord. Then, the cord is coated by the top ply material at lamination step. Said step includes the heating for fusion of at least the portion of the top ply section and it pressing for its building up at the hardened shaped ply.
