In compliance with this invention, at drilling the bore in part composed of materials with different properties, control system is used to adjust the motor parameters. Note here that at load torque definition stage, torque applied to drill is determined. At drilling start stage, part bore drilling start is defined. Part drilled two or more plies are detected on the basis of drilling start moment and variation of torque load in the order of their drilling, said plies following each other in direction of feed. Drilling conditions selection stage comprises setting of spindle rpm and feed rate with due allowance of the properties of materials of said part plies defined at above mentioned stages.
