FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: claimed control procedure comprises the system wherein every control station effects the procedure of mutual authentication of the transceiver and control station device. Said transceiver is vehicle-mounted. All control stations are integrated by a common telecommunication network for processing of obtained data.
