FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: method includes thread cutting by the cutting tool with cutting plates by the multi-pass method upon successive execution of the rough and finish passes followed with inspection of the tread parameters. The part is cut to sections, then separately for each section the rough and finish passes of thread cutting are made by the cutting tool located perpendicular to the thread hole axis, with reciprocal-turning movement of the machined part section and simultaneous movement of the cutting tool along the axis of the thread hole, then sections are assembled in single part creating thread hole. The thread chaser can be used as cutting plates of the cutting tool. Upon the tread cutting the cutting tool step movement along the axis of the thread hole can be performed.EFFECT: reception of qualitative deep female thread in composite billets upon ration of hole length to its diameter over 10, and reduced prime cost of the parts manufacturing.3 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl |
