FIELD: power engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system of water distribution and method of water distribution in a gasification reactor for realisation of a slag formation process in a flow, in which the generated synthetic gas during gasification reaction flows down. The water distribution system in the gasification reactor for realisation of the slag formation process in the flow, where the concentric circular distribution channel in combination with an axisymmetric diverting surface, concave in its cross section, are designed for use as a water distribution system, in order to generate a water curtain, besides, the circular distribution channel comprises at least one hole for water supply, the circular distribution channel includes holes, which are suitable for water release in the form of a jet, direction of the jet from holes points inside the concave diverting surface, in direction of the jet from holes the planar orientation of the concave surface is characterised so that direction of the jet and tangential plane of the cross section area are levelled relative to each other in the point of meeting with the jet at the sharp angle from 0 to 45°, and the diverting surface is characterised by such curve in the cross section that its angle of diversion exceeds 60°. The method disclosed in this document provides for water input under higher pressure into the circular distribution channel, through which it quickly passes until it leaves the circular distribution channel via holes; collision of each water jet generated at the outlet from holes, with the diverting surface; diversion of each water jet during sliding along the diverting surface and mixing with the water jet from the adjacent hole for generation of a solid water film; and introduction of the specified solid water film inside the reactor after it leaves the diverting surface in the downward direction.EFFECT: development of an improved water distribution system and improved method of water distribution in a gasification reactor.14 cl, 7 dwg |
