FIELD: packaging industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to containers of multilayer polymeric materials for storing products and relates to the method of manufacturing of the container separating the inner cavity from the environment. The container is partially formed from a flat composite material, comprising the following steps: providing the use of a flat composite material in a roll; formation of the container from the flat composite material from the roll; closing the container. And the flat composite material comprises as the components: an outer polymeric layer facing the environment; a bearing layer following the outer polymeric layer in the direction towards the inner cavity of the container; a barrier layer following the bearing layer in the direction towards the inner cavity of the container; the adhesive layer following the barrier layer in the direction towards the inner cavity of the container; the inner polymeric layer following the adhesive layer in the direction towards the inner cavity of the container. The flat composite material in the roll is obtained by the method comprising the following steps: providing the use of a preform of the composite material, comprising at least the bearing layer; applying the adhesive layer and the inner polymeric layer by extruding the layers; winding the flat composite material in a roll. The inner polymeric layer, or at least an adhesive layer, or at least two of these layers during application are subjected to stretching, at that the bearing layer has an opening which is overlapped by at least the barrier layer, the adhesive layer and the inner polymeric layer, which are the covering layers of the opening. At least one of the covering layers of the opening, containing the stretched polymer, is subjected to heat treatment.EFFECT: invention provides creation of a flat composite material from a wide variety of polymers for the manufacture of container having high airtightness and good properties of opening.16 cl, 8 dwg |
