FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: this gadget comprises the elements that follow. Cylindrical case with outlet pipe with lengthwise axis perpendicular to that of said case and outlet pipes for cold and hot fluids, coaxial with case lengthwise axis, Seats of the valves of said inlet pipes are arranged at opposite ends of bellows. The latter has web to divide its chamber into left and right parts and is secured at the case mid part with vertical position of its end surfaces and fixed left and right guide axes aligned with the case lengthwise axis. There is the channel for communication between left and right chambers of said bellows. Thermal vessel filled with working fluid, for example, alcohol, is arranged in outlet pipe. This device differs from known designs in that its cylindrical case has through inner thread for fitting inlet pipe, seats and web in place. Channel for communication between said left and right channels is composed by central through channel in guide axes. Said channel is tightly connected with thermal vessel inside times larger than that of the bellows via another channel made in said web perpendicular thereto. Seats of adjusting valves are composed of rings located at the left of said valves. New springs are fitted in the central passages. Ends of said springs are connected with hot fluid inlet pipe and adjusting valve provided with coupling. Said coupling fits in the left guide axle end. Cold fluid inlet pipe is provided with collapsible adjusting valve composed of valve proper and guide female flange. Flange diameter is smaller than that of the seat central passage for flange to communicate with bellows end on one side and with said valve on opposite side. Case inside is divided by said web into left and right parts communicated via case wall channels with outlet pipe.
