PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft gel actuator excellent in flexibility by using a flexible positive electrode.SOLUTION: In a gel actuator including a gel sheet, and a negative electrode and a positive electrode composed of a mesh material and sandwiching the gel sheet in the thickness direction, the mesh material has a flexible nonconductive wire and a conductive coat provided on the surface of the wire. A twisted yarn of a plurality of nonconductive wires, and a plain weave of nonconductive wires can be used as the wire. |
