PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine capable of rotating a driver seat between a seating position and an overturned position with a simple operation.SOLUTION: A driver seat 11 is supported rotatably between a seating position and an overturned position by a rotation support member 14. The rotation support member 14 is configured by: a pedestal side bracket 15 mounted on a front end of a driver seat pedestal 10; a driver seat side bracket 16 mounted on a lower surface 11A1 of the driver seat 11; and a connection pin 17 provided between the pedestal side bracket 15 and the driver seat side bracket 16 and for connecting them in a relatively rotatable manner. On the front side of the pedestal side bracket 15, an overturn stopper 15D is provided with which a front part side of a driver seat mounting plate 16A of the driver seat side bracket 16 comes into contact when the driver seat 11 is overturned to the overturned position.
