PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable laminated film that can achieve stable heat sealability, can sufficiently suppress warp, and has excellent barrier properties.SOLUTION: A heat-shrinkable laminated film comprises a layer (A) and a layer (B) laminated on each other through an interface having an interlaminar strength of 0.5 N/15 mm or less. The layer (A) includes at least a substrate layer containing a polypropylene resin, and layer (B) includes at least a seal layer containing a polyethylene resin. The heat-shrinkable laminated film further satisfies following conditions (1) and (2): (1) when the film is peeled off at the interface, the difference between the thermal shrinkage of the layer(A) and the heat shrinkage of the layer (B) is 10% or less at 100°C; and (2) a gas barrier layer containing a saponified ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer is provided and has an oxygen barrier of 60 cc/mday atm or less at 23°C and at 65% RH.
