<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise delivery system capable of appropriately delivering merchandise to a user at a parking lot, which is purchased in an inner city by the user of the parking lot of a park-and-ride system. <P>SOLUTION: A parking ticket issuing machine 11 is arranged in the parking lot of the park-and-ride system so as to issue the parking ticket with an entrance date recorded thereon. Merchandise information writers 12a-12n are arranged in retail stores so as to record purchased merchandise information for uniquely specifying the purchased merchandise on the parking ticket 16. A warehouse management server 15 stores stock information of the merchandise kept in a warehouse and retrieves the storage place and quantity of the merchandise, based on a merchandise identification sign.
