<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device which can make an approximately uniform dispersing of light emitted from an outer case in which a light emitting diode is housed. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting device (1) is provided with a light emitting diode (2) around which a transparent outer case (10) whose material surfaces are frost-treated is provided. After internal and external surfaces of the outer case are frost-treated, a light transparency ratio of the outer case material becomes 20% for example. The light emitted from the light emitting diode is dispersed repeatedly by the internal and external frosted surfaces and an approximately uniform dispersed light emission is obtained in an external side of the outer case. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
