The objectives of the invention are to amplify signals by use of a small-sized circuit and to reduce electric powers. A current control/current source unit (53) varies, on the basis of a transition time setting signal (tp), a current to be outputted. A current control/current source unit (54) varies, on the basis of a transition time setting signal (tn), a current to be pulled in. An amplitude control unit (55) varies, on the basis of an amplitude setting signal (ap), a power supply voltage to be supplied to the current control/current source unit (53), thereby varying the amplitude of the voltage occurring due to the current to be outputted from the current control/current source unit (53). An amplitude control unit (56) varies, on the basis of an amplitude setting signal (an), a power supply voltage to be supplied to the current control/current source unit (54), thereby varying the amplitude of the voltage occurring due to the current to be pulled in by the current control/current source unit (54). A buffer unit (57) drives a load in accordance with the current outputted from the current control/current source unit (53) and with the current pulled in from the current control/current source unit (54). |
