An ebullient cooling device provided with: an internal combustion engine cooled by the boiling of a coolant flowing through a coolant passage formed in the interior; a gas-liquid separator arranged between the internal combustion engine and an expander, the gas-liquid separator separating the coolant discharged from the internal combustion engine into a liquid-phase coolant and a gas-phase coolant; a capacitor arranged downstream of the expander, the capacitor cooling the gas-phase coolant that has passed through the expander and producing a liquid-phase coolant; a first passage for supplying the liquid-phase coolant from the capacitor to the coolant passage formed in the internal combustion engine; a second passage connected to the gas-liquid separator, the second passage branching from the first passage; and a control valve for controlling the supplying state of the liquid-phase coolant from the capacitor, the liquid-phase coolant being supplied through the second passage to the gas-liquid separator. |
