The present invention relates to a rotating and elevating vacuum packaging device and, more particularly, to a rotating and elevating vacuum packaging device of which a gasket surrounding a chamber is uniformly extruded when vacuum-packaging a vacuum packaging wrapper. A rotating and elevating vacuum packaging device, according to the present invention, comprises: a base member having formed on the upper surface thereof a chamber on which an opening portion of a vacuum packaging wrapper is placed; a gasket, in the shape of a hollow closed curve, mounted on the periphery of the chamber; an elevating member mounted on the upper portion of the base member so as to vertically ascend and descend; a resilient member for resiliently supporting the elevating member in the upward direction from the base member; a cover member for opening and closing the upper portion of the chamber; a vacuum pump having a suction hole formed inside the gasket; a heater mounted on the frontal upper surface of the base member; and a pressurizing rubber which is mounted on the frontal lower surface of the cover member and comes into contact with the heater when the cover member descends, wherein the base member is resiliently supported in the upward direction by means of the elevating member. |
