The present invention relates to a technology for providing various social community services to various users using mobile devices. Provided is a method for providing a social community service environment which comprises the following steps: analyzing a tendency of a user through user authentication; setting a partner by applying a prefetch algorithm to set a customized partner for a social community service; servicing a social community in which functions of a social blog, a social matching, a social chat, and a social talk are organically interworked with each other; a first user configuring a continuous human network, to a second user or an N^th user as a target, by managing a preference list or a bookmark list not by friend registration in the functions of a social blog, a social matching, a social chat, and a social talk; reanalyzing the tendency according to a utilization pattern of the user; and resetting the customized partner for social communications. |
