<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive for wallpaper and an adhesive for wallpaper with base material layer, wherein the adsorption and removal of cesium and its compound can be conducted and the adsorbent processing is facilitated without the need for a special apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive for wallpaper comprises a metal ferrocyanide compound.
