A diaper pad having a supplement absorption function is provided to increase its moisture absorption capacity corresponding to the amount of user's excretion selectively and to be adhered to a user's body. A diaper pad having a supplement absorption function includes a dual layer pad(10) and a supplement absorption member. In the dual layer pad, an upper pad(11) and a lower pad(12) are overlapped. The corners of the upper and lower pads are sewn to provide coupling force. The supplement absorption member is interposed between the upper and lower pads to absorb the excretion passing through the upper pad. The longitudinal side(13) of the upper pad is curved in an inner direction to correspond to the shape of a user's body. A sealing supplement portion(14) is formed on the lower pad.
